November 15, 2007 Spirit Day

Today Jonathan had spirit day at school. One of his female friends painted his face for him. Go Wildcats!

Nov. 11, 07 Titans vs Jaguars game

Start at the bottom of this post.
At the end the Jaguars beat the Titans.
Richard and I had a fun time! It was my first pro football game to go to. Totally different from watching it on tv.

Touchdown for the Jaguars!

Jones didn't play to well...

Trying to block a field goal. He needs to jump a little higher.

This is their regular uniform.

Doing their dance.

And of course, had to get pictures of the Titan cheerleaders.

Landing...

This was half time. Two soldiers parachuted down onto the field.

Cool picture!

Here they are spreading it out.

Nov. 11th was also Veteran's Day. The soldiers held the American flag. It was cool watching them spread it out.

Titans and the Jaguars.

Pretty good picture, huh?!

The Titans football field.
Richard won 2 Titans tickets a couple of months ago. We got to choose which game we would like to see. So, we chose the Florida Jaguars vs the Tennessee Titans. It turned out to be a good choice. This is where we sat for the game.

Nov. 6,2007 Someone got her license

Well, she did it! She passed her driving test and is free to drive without her parents. This is Rebekah and David off to the store.
Watch out world, she's on the road. =] She loves, LOVES, LOVES, to drive the truck!!

On the day that she got her license, Sarah allowed Rebekah to come by her work and drive her car to school. That's Rebekah behind me in Sarah's car. It almost looks like Sarah in there. =] She is a good driver.

October 31,2007

The boys dress...Jonathan as a gangster and David as a paintball sniper. =]
Rebekah had a presentation that she had to give in her career class. Isn't she beautiful!
Jonathan and his carved pumpkin. He loves carving pumpkins. He stuck a fake mouse on the mouth of the pumpkin.

NOV. 5th 2007 David's nose

Start reading from the bottom.
He's still a little doped up as you can see. He's bumbed because he can't play anymore football at school! Over all, he is doing a lot better now. Thank you for your prayers during his surgery. We had a wonderful doctor and nurses!!
Well, on Nov. 13th David had surgery. He can't bend down, pick up heavy things for 3 weeks. He can't participate in any kind of contact sports for 6 weeks. Forget trying out for wrestling. ={ Maybe next year. He has to keep this splint on for 1 week. They also filled his nose with dissolving gauze to keep the bone in place. The doctor said that it won't block his nasal passage. So, he can take a deep breath through his nose.

Sure enough the specialist said that it is fractured and displaced on the right side. He has to have surgery. Great!

I took him to our primary care doctor and he said the same thing...it looks like it could be fractured.

On Nov. 5th David was playing tackle football in P.E. As he was tackling this one kid, the kid swung his elbow around and got David on the right side of his nose. I get this call from David at school that he thinks he's broken his nose.
