Red is called Rhode Island Red, the black and white are Barred Rock and the yellow are Buff Orpingtons.
They aren't fully feathered in these pictures and it will be a year before they lay any eggs.
Here Richard is teaching Katie that the chickens are friends not food.
She's keeping an eye on them.
Till they are fully feathered we had to keep them in the garage.
